Attic system has heat rise in heat pump modemof 25 degrees and a heat rise when using the gas furnace of 52 degrees. Air filters are clean. Indoor coil has no leaks. Heat exchanger is good. Indoor fan is clean. Cleaned burner system and flame safety system. Basement system has a heat rise of 30 degrees in heat pump mode and a heat rise of 45 degrees. Air filters are clean. Indoor fan is clean. Heat exchanger has several possible areas of concern. Recommend having basement furnace replaced due to age and the heat exchanger. Both outdoor compressors read over 1000 megaohms.
