In Sun City West Az servicing a customers Frigidaire furnace. Removed and cleaned the flame sensor. Checked all safety’s. Cleaned out the furnace cabinet and burners. Changed the return filter and checked split temps. Furnace is working proper at this time.
In Sun City West, near West Countryside Drive and North Spanish Garden Drive performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Trane package heat pump. Upon arrival, found blower to system not working. Blower relay board has failed causing motor to intermittently get power. Ordered board with Trane and will return to install.
In Sun City West, near West Beardsley Road and North 130th Avenue performing Fall preventative maintenance on a Bryant package heat pump. Completed service in accordance with maintenance checklist. Showed customer videos and photos of issues with system. These are the same issues we have recommended fixing over the last few years. If they do not repair unit, more damage with will caused due to parts not working properly.
In Sun City West, near West Via Manana and North 151st Avenue performing Fall preventative maintenance on an Amana split system. Upon arrival, cycled unit into heating mode. Replaced intake filter and took temperature readings from supply and return. At furnace, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws from components. Vacuumed out and wiped down furnace. Checked all safety switches and pressure switches. Inspected gas and flue piping. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Acid washed outdoor coil and rinsed. Changed return air filter and checked splits. Warrantied out run capacitor and installed new capacitor/hard start kit. System is running properly and within manufacturer specifications.

In Sun City West, near West Huron Drive and North 147th Drive performing a quality inspection on a newly installed 4 ton 16 seer Amana gas closet split. Unit looks good and install is clean. Unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

In Sun City West, near W. Figueroa Drive and North Calle Real Drive doing a Spring preventative maintenance service on 3 Carrier package units. Customer is on top of their Fall and Spring maintenance service which keep these units in tip top performance, as well as help with longevity. All units are operating under manufacturer specifications upon departure.

In Sun City West, AZ: QUALITY INSPECTION- Quality inspection on new install. Checked all Freon fittings and all are sealed. Checked gas and flue piping; both sealed properly. High voltage is tight and clean. Condensate pump installed and working properly. Installed new 20 X 25 filter in furnace. Installed TXV cover on system. Checked condenser, disconnect with whip; installed and all looks good. Freon levels are in factory specification. System is installed proper and all looks good. Inspection complete.
In Sun City West, AZ: QUALITY INSPECTION- Quality inspection on a new install. Checked condenser; high voltage is tight and secure. Disconnect is installed with new whip. Line set is clean and is sealed. Freon levels are in factory specification. Service complete.
In Sun City West, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- On arrival, found temps at 80 degrees. Checked system charge and found system down on R410A Freon. Found Schrader valve leaking; installed new valve and added a pound of R410A Freon. Service complete.
