Brian came to ensure that my systems were ready for the fall/winter season. His professionalism and caring shown through again on this visit. Have been with you all for over 20 years and always treated with respect.
Brian is super as always.
tech was able to find a problem and show me what was wrong with the part, that he had to replace.
I have an almost-new evap cooler that was installed by Morehart and is under warranty. It started blowing hot air, and I assumed that the water pump had quit (sometimes these basic pumps don't last). I was extremely pleased that Morehart scheduled a repair immediately! Brian arrived quickly and replaced the original pump with a heavier duty model.
