Great customer service!

I have been a customer of Morehart A/C & Heating for almost 6 years, and have been very pleased with their service and products, including my purchase of a complete York A/C and heating system, and Apco Aire unit.  The technician who usually comes to my home twice a year, Tom G, is very professional, competent, and knowledgeable.  He is also respectful, courteous, prompt, and provides detailed information of his findings during each of his visits.  I am never left in doubt about the work that has been done. In the past, I have used other companies; however I find Morehart A/C & Heating to be a step above the others in providing great customer service and quality products.

In Phoenix, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Customer had a power surge on the building; found power to the air handler, but no 24 volt power. Upon further inspection, found that transformer had blown system; system will need a new 208 volt transformer. I tried to start system and found a grounded 3 pole contactor; installation of new contactor is all running within factory specifications. Warranty is not valid for a power surge. I informed customer that warranty is for failure due to manufacturing issues only. Service is complete.
