The technician who usually comes to my home twice a year, Tom G, is very professional, competent, and knowledgeable. He is also respectful, courteous, prompt, and provides detailed information of his findings during each of his visits. I am never left in doubt about the work that has been done. Capacitor is new and in specification. Checked drain line and wet switch; no water, and drain is clear. Checked indoor blower motor; amps are good. Checked split temps; Return 78/Supply 59. Found ECO+ enabled so when customer left, system over rode program.
