Because Morevent techs didn’t adjust the airflow in my HVAC unit properly, the humidity built up indoors to the point where my brand new living room rug was sopping wet. One tech told me to use the highest rated filter, which slowed down the air flow even more. The UV unit that is supposed to kill mold spores apparently broke right after the bulb was changed by Morevent. Humidity plus spores equals a lot of mold in the house and thousands of dollars of remediation costs and ruined furniture and household goods - not to mention health issues. And insurance doesn’t cover things like this. Nobody’s perfect, but Morevent’s bad advice cost me thousands. It took two days and a lot of angry phone calls before someone who understood the system came to the house and (I hope) got me back on track. —-And for this I pay $500 a year membership???
