very pleased with bob and helper. they inspected all tubing vents and even removed basement overhead panels tied up all tubing and pipes that might cause a noise.both both were courteous and knowledgeable and professional and clean.they even went outside and worked on the a/c unit to check noise and level.bob willingness to solve a problem an check all work was very appreciated.thank you
