I always ask for Bob Seiple because I've known him for years, and he has always been the best technician Morvent has, in my opinion. In fact, I followed Bob to Morvent; he worked at another company that I used originally that was then bought out by Morvent. These service companies are only as good as the technicians they employ to service their customers' systems, and knowledge, diligence, consistency, and the ability to communicate effectively with those customers (after all, the technicians represent the face of the company) are critical for success.
