UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN I CLICKED THE GOOGLE REVIEW BUTTON. MY 5 PARAGRAPHS OF DISAPPOINTMENT DISAPPEARED . SO HEAR IS THE SHORT VERSION. MY BRAND NEW $15,000 UNIT JUST QUIT ON ME FOR THE 2ND TIME. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. KEITH FOUND THE INDUCER BOOT FULL OF WATER BECAUSE THE DRAIN TO THE TRAP WAS PITCHED WRONG. ALSO,YOU HAVE TO READ THE REPORT ABOUT THE BUBBLE WRAP. I AM ABOUT READY TO IMPLEMENT THE NO LEMON GUARANTEE. OTHER OPEN ISSUES INCLUDE DAMAGE TO SHEET ROCK AND THE MISSING HEAT STRIP & ETC. PLEASE SEND OUT THE "A TEAM" TO FIX, THEN DO SOME QUALITY CONTROL TESTS TO MAKE SURE IT IS REALLY FIXED. THANK YOU.

Technician was very professional. He performed all necessary tasks quickly and throughly. I would be happy to see him return if we needed any further help. Of course we will never need repairs on the unit!!!

Good annual service covered through my annual service contract. They attempted to up-sell me on a surge suppressor for the inside and outside units. I feel this should have been something they installed when I had them replace my entire system several years ago. Would have liked them to extend that enhancement as a benefit to my annual contract and the fact that I purchased the entire system from them originally. Otherwise good service and friendly tech.
