Although the technician performed the annual furnace maintenance adequately and with a happy demeanor and smile, I am reluctant to give MoreVent five stars for this visit since I was the one who had to call and prompt for the maintenance to be completed, and did so *after* a year from the date of our last furnace maintenance. It makes me wonder if it would have ever been done, or if it would have just "slipped through the cracks" even though it's already paid for through our service agreement. We used to be called *before* the yearly date came due, and I thought this was a good business practice.
