After years of using two other local vendors for service and inspections of our heating, central air-conditioner and water heater, we tried this company upon the recommendation of a neighbor. This company is unlike it's competitors. The office was courteous and informative as to inspection costs and maintenance plans. The technician arrived as scheduled and did a thorough inspection and assessment of our equipment and explained what his inspection entailed. Not only was the technician courteous, he sat down with us and explained what he did, what faults he observed and what he corrected as part of his service. We signed up for an annual contract and expect to see that the same technician provide our future services. This is so unlike other vendors where we never saw the same technician more than twice. Each time we got different feedback as to the condition and operation of our equipment and were charged for expensive replacement parts that were discovered to be truly inexpensive. We signed a contract and look forward to their continued service.
