Fred was very polite as he took care of our service needs. Although we have daily dealings with everyone at Mountain Air it wasn't like a normal day, because that day we were the customer. Fred was polite, informative, and very respectful. He treated us as a customer and not someone he sees regularly, his service was top notch, and demeanor was too. Thanks Fred!!
