I called first thing yesterday morning and Becky answered the phone....very friendly and communicated with me until a technician could come to our home. Fred was smart and quick with a solution. I was dreading making phone calls to find someone to fix our a/c. It seems a majority of "companies" don't call back, don't have time, or ignore you all together. I appreciated the customer service and will definitely be a lifetime customer!
