Hi Chris, I'm sorry to hear you rated your overall experience with Mr. Air a 3 out of 5. I also noticed you mentioned the amount you paid for your inducer motor and assembly to be replaced was over priced. You do have a high efficiency furnace and that inducer motor and assembly is more expensive on that type of furnace. I would also like say that we received your call for no heat on Thursday morning March 7th and had your furnace heating again by 12pm that same day. That included us picking up the part in Columbus and returning for the repair.
