I called another heating/cooling company, and at the time weren't able to come over the next day. Mr. Air delivered. I went with them even though the other company called me back to say they had an opening. The diagnostic fee is also $ 10 LESS than the other company I originally called. Anyway, the problem was solved rather quickly so I paid the diagnostic plus a free check up to schedule when I am ready - All in I paid much less than what we thought was going to be hundreds to repair. And, the tech was very professional and friendly. I'll call on them if needed in the future.
