I called Mr Air this morning due to my furnace going out over the weekend. A friend came to look yesterday and said I’d need to call for service. I’d used Mr Air when I had an issue with my air conditioner and was pleased with the service I received then so I called. They were not only able to come out today, but called to see if they could come earlier since the previous Appt didn’t take as long. From the moment I met Allen, he was kind, courteous and respectful. He diagnosed the issue just as my friend had figured and explained the process to correct to me every step of the way as well as the cost involved. Allen had my furnace up and running in less than an hour and within an hour the temperature went from 43 to 68 in the house. I could not be more pleased with Allen and Mr Air! The service, honesty and value are priceless to me. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try as well and see for yourself.

After paying someone today to come out and tell me my furnace is broken(duh) and not giving any recommendations as far as what it is or how to go about fixing it- I called Mr Air and talked to the secretary- super friendly and helpful- she contacted Tommy and he got into contact with me. I was hesitant to have someone else come out and do/say the same thing and wasting my money, but Tommy and his crew were amazing. Gave a quick diagnosis, had the part, and fixed it within a matter of 15 minutes. I am so grateful for hard working, honest people who genuinely want to help people instead of just making a quick buck. I’ll definitely be using Mr air in the future when needed!

Tommy came to my house on time and was ready to work. he had brought boot covers for the floors. Tommy answered every question I had and then showed me what to look for. after everything was completely finished he cleaned up and rechecked his work. I will make sure to call him for and heating and cooling need.
