After paying someone today to come out and tell me my furnace is broken(duh) and not giving any recommendations as far as what it is or how to go about fixing it- I called Mr Air and talked to the secretary- super friendly and helpful- she contacted Tommy and he got into contact with me. I was hesitant to have someone else come out and do/say the same thing and wasting my money, but Tommy and his crew were amazing. Gave a quick diagnosis, had the part, and fixed it within a matter of 15 minutes. I am so grateful for hard working, honest people who genuinely want to help people instead of just making a quick buck. I’ll definitely be using Mr air in the future when needed!
