I purchased the Angie's List A/C Tune-Up deal. MVP sent a appointment reminder email the day before and letting us know the tech would call before his arrival, which I thought was very nice. Antonio called, as promised, to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and I appreciate the detailed inspection report that I was given.
