Daniel did a great job of our annual tune-up of the furnace. While he was checking the humidifier, he noticed that it was not connected to the furnace (happened at the time of installation and no one else had caught it). I appreciate his thoroughness and having an attitude of doing his best for us. He called before coming and gave a good estimate of when he would arrive.
