Upon arrival the technician found that the primary drain line was clogged. This is causing water to drip into the pan, The secondary line coming from the pan is currently leaking due to a nail from the roofing replacement. Replace the system in 2020 and the roof was replaced in June 2021. The customer did not know about the roofing now until she had an issue with her drain lines. The technician cleared out the primary drain line, and installed an SS one float switch. The system is working properly at this time but the secondary drain line will need to be replaced. And the sheet rock will need to be replaced by the roofing company, as well as the secondary drain line should be paid for by the roofing company due to the damage.

Plumber installed kitchen sink faucet and tested proper operation. I was also able to clear a restriction in the natural gas orifice restoring proper operation to the stovetop at no additional charge. I also advise the homeowner that they need to contact a fireplace repair company to determine the issue with their natural gas fireplace. We will order and return to install whole house water filtration system to be located on the front right corner of the house where the water enters the home from the meter. The homeowner is going to purchase a new dishwasher and will have it here for us to install when we return to install the water filtration system.

Upon arrival the technician spoke with the homeowner about the situation That was going on, the homeowner stated that two companies came out, one company said it was in the coil. The other company said it was in the filter line dryer. The technician that said it was in the filter line dryer, replaced that filter line dryer. So I do not know whether it was originally leaking from there or not. The technician that came out and replace the filter line dryer, also charge the system. The technician checked the charge on the system, the system charge was low. Also the Delta T was only at 10°F. The technician went upstairs to the coil and found that the coil had been previously opened. Technician re-opened up the coil and found that indeed the coil is leaking. The technician does not know whether or not the filter line dryer was originally leaking, but the coil is.
