Upon arrival technician performed a tankless water heater flush. Using haymakers water heater cleaning solution the technician was able to remove tiny particulates from the tankless water heater. Tankless water heater clear and working properly at this time.
Upon arrival technician found that the disconnect for the condensing unit was disconnected. The technician reconnected the system to the power supply. As the system began running it immediately sounded like an old 1950s truck that had just died. And ran this way for approximately 30 seconds before I completely shutting down, according to the board this is a Compressor lockout. Compressor lockout means that the entire condenser will need to be replaced by considering the system as an R 22 refrigerant system that means that the indoor portion as well as the outdoor portion will have to be replaced. Technician is sending estimates over to the customer for a new 410a system. Customer will be looking it over and then letting us know when he wants to get it replaced.
Upon arrival technician found that the condensing system is currently leaking refrigerant, the system is fairly new along with a brand new house. The system is still under warranty, carrier is going to cover the parts while the customer pays for the labor of replacing the system. The technician has seen weight times up to 10 days with carrier, so the technician gave the customer a price of replacing the system with a new American standard condenser that comes along with a five year warranty. Customer stated that he wants to know the timeframe from carrier before he makes a decision. Technician told Customer he’ll contact carrier and let him know.
Upon arrival technician found that the customer wanted to replace the master toilet. The customer supplied her own toilet, the technician installed a customer supplied toilet. Toilet working properly at this time. Customer also asked for a quote to replace innards on her other toilet. Technician Will send a quote for the toilet innards replacement.

Upon arrival the technician spoke with the customer. The customer stated that the system was not working and she recently found out that the system is actually frozen and she wanted to know why. The technician stated that there could be a number of reasons why the system is freezing up, the technician will not know until he can check the pressures of the system. The technician checked the filters and found that those filters were dirty which could be bringing the airflow down to below the minimum. Which could cause the system to freeze up. But the technician needs to come back and check the refrigerant to make sure that the system is not leaking any refrigerant. Estimate to remove existing HVAC system and install a new American Standard HVAC system.
Upon arrival technician found that the system is a carrier system from 2019 with an ECM modulating motor. The ECM modulating motor has failed, the technician tested all settings of the motor, none of the motor is working currently. FCM modulating motor will need to be replaced. The technician Called carrier and carrier stated that they don’t have any of these motors in the region, so the motor will need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, we can either have it shipped between seven and 10 business days or one to two business days depending on if the customer would like to pay the extra shipping fee of $60.The customer spoke with his wife and stated that he would message Us whenever he made a decision.
Upon arrival the technician performed a seasonal cooling safety inspection. The technician began in the attic and replaced the media filters, checked and tested float switch operation, float switch working properly at this time. The technician inspected the drain lines, drain lines clean at this time. The technician inspected The blower cabinet, blower cabinet clean and blower motor working properly at this time. The technician moved onto the outdoor system, starting with the refrigerant. The upstairs systems refrigerant is spot on, the downstairs refrigerant was holding a high head pressure. This was caused by the system being clogged with dirt and mulch. The technician cleaned both systems, and then tested the electrical portion of the system. The technician found that both systems were pulling high amps upon starting of the compressor. Customer currently has a shark bite cap on connection, Charlie stated he wanted to be there for the replacement of the hose bib to ensure proper connection, he said he put it on hold until he can get out there.
Upon arrival technician found that the original bathroom sink is a full glass vanity sink, that stretches out across the entire vanity cabinet. The vanity sink broke and has basically shattered into a bunch of pieces that now make the sink inoperable. The customer wants to replace the sink and the sinks faucet, both sink and sink faucet are like kind and supplied by the customer. Detaching the original sink will be difficult, customer will let us know if he wants to get it done.
Upon arrival technician found that the temperature and pressure relief valve was leaking. The system is from 2015 so it’s an eight-year-old tank. This means that the warranty is out for the tank, the technician would expect at most 2 to 3 years more life on the water heater. Customer decided to go ahead and replace the temperature and pressure relief valve. The technician replaced the temperature and pressure relief valve, temperature and pressure relief valve not leaking at this time.

Upon arrival technicians found that the shower valve was damaged beyond repair and must be replaced. I’m order to restore water to the home while the parts are being ordered we removed damaged valve and capped supply lines. Part must be ordered. Will contact when part arrives to reschedule completion.
