Great work, great team!

Great team and service, from start to finish. Appointment was set between 12-2, and the technician arrived around 12:30. Technician (Hunter) was awesome. Very informative, made sure to take time and explain what was going on and made sure that all of our questions, including up-front pricing, were answered before proceeding with the work. Finished work and gave us some advice and recommendations to help any future problems from coming up. We will definitely go with this outfit again, should the need arise, they are top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My service never push my doorbell to notify me that they have arrived, I did not even receive a call stating they arrived. My plumbing issue never got looked at. Now when I call the company no one is answering the phone and the calls are going straight to voicemail

The installers worked very hard in the heat to complete the repairs.

The technician was very polite and was able to get my repair scheduled asap. The installers were great!!, they worked very hard in the heat to complete the repairs. As a first time homeowner of a newly constructed home, I mistakingly over looked my warranty paperwork and was unfamiliar with the warranty claim process. With the recent record breaking heat making it unbearable to stay in my home with a broken a/c, all I could think about was getting it repaired asap. I realize, ultimately, it was my responsibility to bring up the warranty process, however, when I spoke with the manufacturer regarding the warranty they said the repair company should have, in good faith, suggested that the evaporator coil may be covered under warranty due to the age of my house.

Upon arrival technician found a 410 a system from 2006 with a failed evap coil or failed TXV that is causing a failed evap coil, and then overcharged condenser to compensate for the failed evap coil. The failed coil is causing the system to seem low on refrigerant. So when other techs put refrigerant in the system it raises the head pressure and causes the system to shut off with 600 psi or more. The system is currently at 115/530 psi. Considering the condition of the system the system should be replaced.

Upon arrival technician found that the batteries for the upstairs sensor had failed. The technician replaced the two AAA batteries with customer supplied batteries. System working properly at this time.

Upon arrival technician found that the 45 x 5 capacitor had failed. The technician replace the 45 x 5 capacitor. System working properly at this time.

Upon arrival technician found that the system is working properly. With a 16 to 20° temp difference. System working properly at this time. The technician checked the filter, the filter is clean but the system seems like it could use another return to add airflow, The technician checked the drain lines and found that there is no clog in the drain lines. The technician checked the refrigerant and found that the refrigerant falls in the perfect specifications. The technician found no issues with this system.

Upon arrival technician found that the primary drain line was clogged. Which was setting off the SS one. The technician cleared the primary drain line. System working properly at this time. That being said, this drain line has been the worst clogged drain line that I have seen this year. The system was replaced recently but they did not touch the drain line whatsoever, the technician recommends the drain line to be replaced

Upon arrival technician found that the blower motor capacitor had failed. The technician replaced the field blower motor capacitor. System working properly at this time.

Upon arrival technician found that both systems were completely clogged as far as the condenser coil. The technician also found that the upstairs system was low on our 410 a refrigerant. The technician cleaned the coils and recharged the upstairs refrigerant. Upstairs system working properly at this time. The technician checked the downstairs refrigerant. Downstairs refrigerant is perfect at this time. Both systems working properly at this time.

Arrived and replaced failed capacitor. The system is 7 years old and this is the second failed capacitor. I recommend installing a compressor booster to reduce wear and tear on compressor and extend life of capacitor
