Installed new sump pump next to area drain at bottom of stairs. Replaced bad piping going up stairwell.
Installed EZ trap safety switch and renewed Priority Club membership.
NO HOT WATER, GAS CONTROL VALVE FAILURE IS THE CODE
Upon arriving I spoke to the customer and he advised that the system was cutting itself off due to the float switch on the condensate pump. Checked condensate pump line and advised the customer that it is most likely clogged behind the wall and gave him the options for repair. Customer agreed to repairing the line with pressured air. Removed vinyl tubing from condensate pump and used pressured air to free up the clog. Reattached the vinyl tubing to the condensate pump and ran a whole bottle of water through it in order to test. All the water came out the other end as it should and the pump turned itself back off. All is operating properly at this time and customer satisfied. Customer is going to put some thought to the maintenance program and give us a call when he’s ready.
