We were charged more than $200 just to have a part of the toilet tank plumbing replaced only to be told that the toilet doesn't flush and should be replaced for another several hundred dollars. If the whole thing needed to be replaced why didn't we learn of this before the "repair" bill? The plumber was supposed to be here between 7am and 11am. He did not show up till 11:30 and we came close to missing a funeral because of the delay. Why would you all assign a plumber in Baltimore to the west end of Bethesda when so close to the end of the appointment period?

Replace blower motor and wheel on inside unit. Tested out, all working properly at this time.
Floor drain had a stoppage in the basement utility room. To clear the stoppage the K 50 will be used to clear the stoppage. 40 feet of cable was ran down the drain line. The stoppage was cleared at 28 feet. There are no leaks and the drain line is clear.
Installed new boiler drain valves H/C for washing machine termination.
2 separate shower heads installed that they have previously bought. Also purchased BioClean to help clean drains because they just want moved in and want to make sure everything drains properly. Also re-caulked a toilet for a diagnostic fee.
