Arrived to residence due to outdoor system no coming on. Noticed unit was not receiving 24 volts. Tested continuity to notice a break in low voltage wires. Tested 2 other wires for continuity which were ok and wired the low voltage common and compressor terminals. System is operating normal at this time. Customer will like us to come back and pull and clean blower assembly. Thanks for your business
Chemically clean inside evaporator coil. All working ok at this time. Also need to schedule for blower motor and assembly cleaning on January. Office will call and schedule for it.
Replaced 40/5 MFD cap with a turbo 200 and cleaned outdoor coil. System runs well at this time.
returned from yesterdays estimates, and replaced 3 toilets. all toilets except the basement one. also replaced the garage hose faucet.
