Customer had kitchen drain stoppage. Snaked the kitchen drain line, running 35 feet of cable. Hit blockage at around 20 feet. Line is now open and flowing. The expansion tank on the water heater that was installed by MyPlumber in July of 2016 was not strapped, causing the 3/4" copper to bend and nearly pop out of the tee. Cut the tee out and reinstalled the expansion tank, this time strapping it to the joist above. Did work under warranty. Customer signed up for priority club membership.
Faucet in upstairs hallway bathroom had a nuisance drip. Angle stop (hot) was also leaking. Replaced faucet with a Moen single handle. Replaced supply lines. Replaced hot and cold angle stops. Tested all, functioning properly, no leaks.
Cold line to kitchen sink snapped. Repaired line from underneath sink in basement. Replaced the tee and 90 leading to sink
