Inspected air handler, checked system configuration. Set unit to run on 24v and cycled fan motor(ok). Set thermostat to heat and verified operation. Unit runs well at this time.

Customer had leak coming from the garbage disposal. Replaced the disposal, installing badger 5 garbage disposal. Tested, no leaks at this time. Discussed priority club membership, customer declined.

Wait several hours for water heater electric 40 gallons,old heater was busted in bottom heater was installed in 2008 state water heater.Heater had a lot of calcium built up could not get it drain down but with the help of Wayne we bodily take it together and pop drain valve to drain
