Kevin was professional and did a great job repairing the pipe break. He answered all my questions and let me know what he was doing at every step. The company took longer than I expected to respond to my original call to schedule an appointment, but this was during a major freeze snap so I imagine they were overwhelmed with calls. Also, when they did call me, they were very professional and helpful in advising me what to do while I waited for them to respond on site. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

We did evaluation power for the house, the panel was in a good condition and was up to the code. We replace one15 amp breaker in the panel because it was damage, I replace one outlet and put GFCI in the laundry room, I take one diagnostic fee for outlets in the kitchen, and I replaced 15 amp outlet because it was damage . I fixed and repair switch box in the bathroom upstairs.. I fixed one switch in the lady Bedroom upstairs We installed whole house surge protector and I put one double pole 20 amp breaker

Replaced grille guard on heat pump and performed HSP maintenance & inspection. Ducts ok, changed customer supplied filter, blower assembly ok, wheel dirty, variable speed motor FLA 1.5, heat kit load voltage 240, amperage 19.9 x 2, heat kit contactor pitted, wiring secure, coil ok, supply/return air 128/71*F(57*F rise combo), condensate drain line clear, heat pump coil ok, compressor & fan motor RLA/FLA 5.5/.7, controls & wiring ok, refrigerant pressures ok. Advised customer of all issues and presented options. Cleaned blower wheel assembly, replaced double pole contactor on heat kit and installed primary pan safety switch and tested. System operates well at this time.

Replace garbage disposal in kitchen customer old system disposal was a 1/3 hp replacement was made with a new badget 5 1/2hp
Checked boiler water pressure (ok). Isolated water loop to allow bleeding of all zones to rid loop of any remaining air and ran unit to verify all zones heat properly. Recommend auto air vent installation on unit.

I replaced the upstairs hall shower cartridge wth a customer supplied cartridge.
Psi 65 replaced (4) shut off valve (3) 5/8 x3/8 hot cold dishwasher (1) 5/8x1/4 ice maker tested everything working ok not responsible water damage kitchen floor basement ceiling the customer knows estimate replace kitchen faucet
There was a pinhole leak in 3/4 copper pipe. Tech replace one foot of copper pipe to stop the leak. Customer is not interested in HSP today. Work is completed.
Troubleshooting No heat.. the circuit protector fuses were bad replaced both circuit protectors. Tested unit it working properly at this time.
Bled air from lower level zone. Cycled boiler to verify even heating in radiators. System runs well at this time.

Replaced T&P valve on 40gal gas water heater (11’) and flapper in upstairs hallway bathroom toilet. Repaired 1-1/4 PVC sump pump discharge line (Diag2 in lieu of Military Discount). Line is air gapped at foundation transition and exposed beyond property line. Cannot warranty exterior PVC lines. Priority Club discount applied.

Performed hspplumb.. I caulk upstairs bathroom tub shower around..as a courtesy. Repair 1/2” CPVC pipe. Downstairs finished basement , give 10% Military Dicount.
