SOLD FIL001 Performed hsphvac maintenance on a 1 yr old dual fuel system. Heatpump System just maintained and repaired in Oct. Newly installed system with multiple issues. Found the bypass humidifier with bacterial growth. Found the flame rectification system badly fouled. Adjusted LP gas pressure from 7.1 in wc. to 11 in wc. Pulled and cleaned the flame rectification system. Attached ground wire to the furnace. Installed a air scrubber air purification system. Removed the humidifier per cust request and covered opening with sheet metal. Tightened the hose clamp onto the exhaust boot. Flex line installed in the g/f. Cover missing from the electrical kill switch. Commissioned the gas furnace for safety. The hvac system is now online.
