Upon arrival Replaced defective ignighter,checked operation,system on line at this time,
Slow fill in upstairs bathroom. Minor rebuild solved issue
Replaced tub spout under warranty Was not diverting to shower Water pressure is at max allowance for plumbing fixtures and if it exceeds 80psi (79 now) warranty will be voided.
repaired copper water lines 1/2 behind/between hall bathroom and master room made access to fixing
Installed new 1/2" ball valve on hose bib line. Her old shut off valve sprung a leak where the rubber o ring was. It was cpvc to copper connectio
Uninstalled and reinstalled waste and overflow for upstairs tub being careful to ensure drain was snug to tub with enough putty.
