Over the phone, the rep assured me that all trucks were fully stocked, and if Parts were needed, they have Parts runners that bring them to the tech. Understanding that some of the plumbing in my house is decades old, and not up to code, tech still had to run to get most parts needed to repair my kitchen sink. (Took an hour). Tech said runner was in Manassas, and was faster to get himself. All told, it took approximately 3hrs. However, tech was helpful, professional,courteous, and friendly. I had been without a fully functional kitchen sink for nearly 3 weeks, so to have it all done properly the same day was truly a blessing.
