Safety Check: Y/N Anode Rod Picture: Y/N T&P Picture: Y/N Psi 60 chl - Did plumbing inspection Replace prv and main valve 3/4” also install new thermal expansion tank 5 gallons old was waterlogged Also 2 floor h/b water closet tank was cracked we install the toilet 1 year ago replace toto g-max tank as defective per James H. no charge to customer
Performed cooling inspection on one system. Checked inside and outside units, checked electrical components, checked drain line and drain pan and checked the charge. Noticed outside condenser coil is dirty so I chemically washed outside coil . All working ok at this time.
Removed duct board trunk line and increased size, tapped larger hole in supply plenum, insulated entire duct. Replaced hot surface igniter, relocated supply line from back bed room to new trunk line
