Psi 40/60 chl 0 Did copper water line repair in the main shut off
Installed a manual volume damper in the trunk line suppling mother in law suite.
Found bad pressure switch on pressure tank. Replaced pressure switch with 30-50 and new nipple.
Replaced and repaired several wires that were causing a dead short, tripping the breaker. Replaced the electrical distribution system and installed a hard start system for the compressor. Performed a quick acid test. Performed an electronic leak detection test. Replaced the service valve cores. Topped off the R22 charge. 246v. 10.9 fla.
Customer made a down payment of 2500 on credit card. We did the full price of the job on the Wells Fargo account. Customer needs to have the down payment returned to him. Spoke to Sylvia about this.
found both systems to have defective duel caps replaced as needed,,both system on line at this time,
Came out and installed a new air scrubber for our customer. Installed new air scrubber on system #2. Wired in air scrubber and applied power. System and air scrubber power up as normal. Cycled system after installing scrubber
