I was trying to repair leaking pressure safety valve. Long story short, for them to come out it cost $75 and they quoted me $899 for the pressure valve and also recommended to replace the old emergency safety device for $179 . My first thought was "Wow, it's expensive", but I am not an expert so I thought that would be a normal price for the replacement parts and labor for the job. After the job done I did some research and found out that national average cost for pressure safety valve is around $450. They overpriced too much.

When my house flooded from a burst pipe, my plumber of Chantilly were the first to call me back. The plumber David Blazek was very professional, thorough and efficient. He found the leak and fixed and much to my surprise, charged me far less than what I had expected to pay. All in all , I will give my plumber of Chantilly a five star rating.

Psi 65 chl - Customer had a leak in the basement ceiling and under the kitchen sink Cut drywall behind the kitchen sink and found that old line for the water dispenser the people who install the unit drill throw the vent pipe and since the line was stopped up the water was coming throw that whole Snake the kitchen drain and repair the 2” drain also replace the shut off valves for the kitchen faucet and install c/s k/s faucet everything good
Hsp004 and hspadd120... Arrived and signed customer up for hsp agreement x2.performed first hvac hsp of contract today on both systems. Basement tstat and wiring ok, drain ok, indoor coil ok, filter needs to be replaced, sequence of operations ok, all safeties and switches operable, outdoor wiring ok, sprayed coil off as courtesy, elec components in spec, compressor 7.98 amps, fan motor. 89 amps, pressures 115/260, SH 12F, SC 8F, 21F delta T. Attic tstat and wiring ok, drain ok, indoor coil ok, blower ok, filter needs to be replaced, elec heat strips operational, outdoor wiring ok, outdoor coil sprayed down as courtesy, elec components in spec, compressor 8.56 amps, fan motor, 1.01 amps, pressures 120/270, SH 14F, SC 10F, 21F delta T. Checks complete.

Pulled toilet in basement, installed new wax ring, reset toilet, Installed new drain and trap on basement lavy sink
Did two 3/4” pipe repairs. one from well tank and the other in crawlspace going through the wall into the basement. After turning on water to find initial leaks, found multiple leaks in each location. Each repair was 10 foot sections.

Inspected heat pump system. Found the drain line clogged I cut and cleared. Drain is now draining properly.
Pump died, clogged up, lots of debris from outside areaway drain. Pulled old pump, cleaned out crock of debris. Installed new dual zoeller sump pump with quiet check valve, two years parts and labor warranty. Advised on how to make a cover for outside areaway drain. Warranty does not include debris that flows into the crock from outside drain. Recommend replacement of sewage ejector pump.
I inspected the AC system to include: R-410a TXV 5 yrs -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils were dirty I clean it -Refrigerant charge is good Oddb 86 Iddb 74 System is in good working order.
