To be honest I feel worse than before the sump pump was installed. My house smells like wet moldy dirt and really affecting my sinuses. With all of that work and expense, I am really disappointed, unless it gets better.

Adam O and Jermaine E arrived at our home to do the plumbing inspection. Since we had just purchased the house about six months ago, they walked us through everything they found and answered all of our questions. We agreed to have a few repairs done. All work was done the same day . When they were done they explained it all to us and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The work areas were left clean and neat. We appreciated the time they took to make sure that we understood everything that was done. I will definitely be asking for them again the next time I need any plumbing work done. Thanks guys!

Again Mike was very professional and fun to work with. Today after he left another faucet on the main line started to leak. This wasn't Mikes fault but I did question him on replacing that one also he didn't think we needed to . It was the flush valve from pressure tank now it won't stop leaking.

It took over 6 hours after the arrival time for the person to show up after several phone calls to the conpany to find out where the service person was and being told he's on his way. The communucation and promptness was horrible.

I inspected ac system. Found unit non operational due to failed capacitor. I replaced. System is I. Good working order
Performed hsphvac maintenance on a 2010 a/c a 2000 LP gas furnace system. Media filter box no longer in use. 3 clean filters are located in the return grills. Blower motor and burners recently replaced. Furnace safeties test ok. Condenser coils ok. Disconnect rusted but operating. Replaced safety devices in the disconnect to match nomenclature. Replaced the weak electrical absorption system. Distribution system testedok. 249v. 124v leg 1. 125v leg 2. 28 low voltage. After repairs the fla is 8.7A. System online at this time. Suggested volume damper to control air distribution to the basement.
I inspected furnace and ac system to include: R-410 TXV -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils are clean -Refrigerant charge is good Iddb 70 Oddb 70
Repaired leaking copper pipe with existing shark bite fittings. No warranty.
Polybutylene 1/2” pipe repair in crawl space under trailer. Converted repaired section to cpvc.
Completed partial replacement of horizontal cast stack with pvc pipe and fittings. Retied in kitchen line and tub lines. Reset toilet on new flange with new wax ring and bolts.
Replaced both w/c with Toto drake elongated. 2yr parts and labor warranty
Performed plumbing evaluation today and installed flowtech maintenance free whole house anti-scale water softener alternative
Installed new anode rod on 75 propane water heater Installed new T&p valv on water heater Drained and flushed water heater for free do to customer signed up for monthly priority club Also installed new pressure reducing valve with gauge Filled and bled air out of system
Installed new thermal safety expansion tank. Customer wants me to come back to replace 12yr old water heater, but wants to finish taxes first
Customer has a old Moen tub and shoepwer valve that needs to be replaced It also needs long tub spout Has been handyman tub spout installed Customer really wants bathroom area remodeled Refered to remodel specialist Also discussed priority club Wants to discuss with husband
Replaced air Scrubber cell. System is in good working order.
Found water in water heater pan, noticed water dripping from T&p valve, replaced valve, no drips at this time water heater working properly
