We had a major problem with our water treatment system that was installed by another company which brought sand up throughout our house, requiring us to get a new system and all new toilets and several new fixtures. Joe at My Plumber was a creative problem-solver able to effectively communicate our options and the costs involved. Extremely professional!

Installed new zoeller sump pump with battery back up
Installed new UV SYSTEM BULB on main floor unit ,chemically cleaned both outdoor sections and installed new user interfaces on both systems ,couldn’t get interfaces to hold connectivity to WiFi in home .customer will contact provider to sort out those issues to connect interfaces to his Bryant app to control remotely,checked all system operations and returned to service.
New Toto in powder room off kitchen. Major rebuild on 4 kohler toilets with kohler parts.
