We had our furnace cleaned on Dec 21 when we learned that we needed to replace the furnace. Not only was that bad news delivered right before Christmas but we are planning to sell the house in 2 years. Surprisingly, Matt remembered that from our discussion in the spring when he came to clean the A/C unit. He delivered this news in a very caring, professional manner. That professionalism and true concern for the customer continued when Jason came to discuss new furnace options for us. He took the time to get to know the pros and cons of our old system and came up with the perfect plan for our family's comfort. The day of installation, by far the coldest day of this winter, the first thing Kevin and Cody did was protect my floor and ask about any pets who may wander out of open doors! The whole installation process, which included a lot of ductwork redistribution as well as line relocations, was complete in 6 hours! The quality of the equipment is a huge improvement to what we had previously and the quality of the work done is impeccable; such attention to detail! Although this was completely unexpected and in poor timing, the entire process could not have gone smoother. We have had many workers in this house over the past 20 years and this company is by far the most courteous, knowledgeable, caring and professional group of people we have ever dealt with.
