I completed installation of New Five Star 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioning Unit, new Evap coil and Honeywell Thermostat. Included also is removal of previous York Air Conditioner.
I provided an estimate for a new AC unit to replace their current Bryant unit. I quoted them for a new Carrier 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Trane Air Conditioner, I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner . Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
Upon arrival for service call on 1996 Lennox furnace, found system not getting 24 volts between R and C this is due to system having overheated due to blower motor not coming on. I found blower never got 120 from the board. Board is bad and will need replaced customer would like to go ahead with repair. I was able to get customer temporary heating by jumping the fan to l1.
Upon tune up safety check on 2018 gas furnace, I went through furnace tune up list, everything checked out normally per routine maintenance. System is working within manufacturers specifications. System heating properly upon departure.
I found the system to be operational upon arrival. After running some tests, I found the refrigerant level slightly low and asked the customer if they wanted more added. The customer declined at this time.
Was able to salvage concentric kit by cutting pipe and adapting proper cap. No warranty due to roofers cutting concentric kit. tested system and had no issues at this time. informed customer of this and explained that an entire exhaust may need reran if problems persist. Quoted exhaust replacement if needed in furnace.
Upon arrival I found the 2012 Concord furnace was not operational, kicking flames out due to fresh air intake issues, customer had roofers over and they installed a metal vent cap on pvc exhaust on roof to stop water leaking, System needs a concentric kit installed in attic to prevent leaking and also furnace operation within manufacture specs, Cut fresh air intake pipe above furnace to temporary get customer heat , unit we can return for repairs, Furnace operational at departure.
Performing our Five Star Tune-Up & Safety Check on a 2018 carrier. All readings were within manufacturer's specifications, unit operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival the customer had stated that the flames kicking in and out. Pulled and cleaned sensor tested after cleaning I Cycled system in heat , system operational normal ran for a good 20 minutes without showing any fault or flames kicking out,
