Ben was our technician this morning to complete our cold season checkup as part of our maintenance contract. He was extremely polite and very professional. I am a technical person (not HVAC) and observed him while he worked. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the results. He did not push any products like some techs and we appreciate that. Based on this visit we will continue to use this company.
