Upon arrival for service call on 1999 Armstrong furnace, furnace was not operational. After further diagnosis, discovered that the blower motor has failed and it is hot to the touch. Recommend furnace replacement due to age and cost of repair. Customer wants to do a new furnace replacement and has applied for a Wells Fargo credit card to do a new furnace installation.
