Very impressed with the service from Danny. He diagnosed the problem, explained it thoroughly, and made sure I understood. He explained projected pricing, including options available if the situation could not be resolved with initial fixes. Danny addressed me by name upon arrival, introducing himself and giving me a company card. He did not have to enter my living area at all, only using the basement area where he needed to work, and he showed me the disinfectant he used to spray it all down when he was done. Went above and beyond with service. Wore a mask and gloves, and offered me a new glove so that I could sign at the end. Overall, exceptional service! Gave customer quotes to replaced the thermocouple, the gas valve, or replace the 40 gallon water heater. Customer went with replacing the thermocouple first but we still couldn’t get the flame to stay lit. Next step moving forward customer agree to replacing 40 gallon water heater 6 year
