During a tune up on a Five Star heat pump, I tested the pressures, temperatures and electrical components. All tests and readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time. System is cooling at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic and found the capacitor is bad. I replaced the capacitor. The system is back up and running. Cooling upon departure.

I replaced a OEM drive blower motor with capacitor. System cooling at departure.
I completed a diagnostic and found blower motor is bad. Customer may want to go with new system.
I replaced an out of warranty part. I replaced a EIM board. I also installed a new pro 8000 relink thermostat. I ran the system in test mode. System now operational and cooling at departure.
I completed a spring tune-up tune on a Carrier 19 SEER air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a full install on a Carrier 80% gas furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 3 ton air conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on thermostat that had no power due to a power outage. Thermostat shorted out. I talked with the customer about the repair. Customer wants to move forward with repair.

Miscellaneous service. I delivered filters to a home for a customer that had requested filters for their AC unit.
