I found that the humidifier was set up with a transformer. I removed the transformer to allow the Nest thermostat to control the humidifier. I set up the Nest thermostat and verified proper operation. The Trane system is cooling at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic call. Customer is having issues with nest thermostat. Customer is going to charge it over night and try again. If that doesn't work, customer wants to replace the thermostat.
I completed a spring tune-up tune on a Bryant air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a callback service and found furnace blower wheel does have debris caked on wheel more than likely preventing maximum air flow. System cooling upon departure.
I completed a job continuation and added Freon. System is cooling upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic and found water around the furnace area. I found the evaporator drain line clogged. I used dry nitrogen to free up the restriction. System operating normally upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic and found Condensation on 4” flex run to outside for fresh air I Found at collar at return box, return box not capped(pulling basement air) Returning Friday morning to fix panning and complete tune up.
I replaced an evaporator coil. System was operational upon departure.
I completed a half install on a Five Star 13 SEER 3 ton air conditioner. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.

I completed a diagnostic and found outdoor unit not running. I found low voltage wire at outdoor unit with a less than ideal connection. I made a better connection and AC unit came on immediately. AC cooling well upon departure.
During a tune up on a Rheem air conditioner, I tested the pressures, temperatures and electrical components. I cleaned the outside coil and found that all tests and readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
