Perfection in every category

Experience and product knowledge, very polite and seemed to have a genuine concern to insure everything was functioning as it should in addition to the problem we called about. He even cleaned the unit. It looks like new and no additional charge from what was quoted. Arrived on time and same day as first phone call. What more could a customer want? Thank you

I completed diagnostics and found I had to build transition for coil. The coil is leaking out of right side of drain pan. I shimmed to allow water to drain down primary drain. It sealed up very well. No charge for work as uncased coil transition could have been better.

I completed diagnostics and found the blower motor not working- capacitor is ok. the blower wheel will not spin(motor is locked up). We can just replace blower motor- but best practice would be to replace blower motor and wheel. See separate email for quote for repair. I am sending quote to replace furnace and another quote for furnace and AC.

I completed a diagnostic and found round duct not hooked up to anything. Just dumping cold air into the basement. Showed customer and customer put duct tape over the supply. I also found the filter extremely dirty and right up against the blower. Compressor is getting old and showing. Amps are high because of the age. Condenser is from 2006. I recommended replacement to customer. Customer does agree to replace because of the age. Customer is going to wait till next spring to replace.
