I completed a spring tune-up tune on a Icp air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier 14 SEER 2.5 ton air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic and found the system is freezing and water all over basement floor. I found the system very low on charge. I talked with customer about repair vs replacement. Customer chose to go with replacing the system.
I completed a diagnostic. I found the blower motor was bad. I replaced the blower motor. I cleaned the condenser and checked pressures, all are reading good. I found the drain line on air handler is not trapped when it needs to be, I lifted the drain line to make a trap, water is now draining good. AC working upon departure.

I completed A Half Install of a Annual Spring Air Conditioner Sale Carrier 13 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete 24ABB3 (Up to 3 Ton). The system is operational upon departure.

I performed a diagnostic service call on a Comfortmaker furnace. Upon arrival I noticed there were bad batteries in the thermostat, which I replaced, and notice the thermostat may need to be replaced. Upon departure everything was running and operational.
I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. The new system was fully operational upon my departure.
I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner, and a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14". Both systems were fully operational upon departure.
I performed a diagnostic on a Lennox gas furnace. I found that the inducer motor had failed. I provided the customer with a quote to replace the whole HVAC system.
