Furnace would not run. Cleaned it and it began running. After tech left, it stopped again as soon as it reached temp. Wound not come back on as temp dropped. Removing the panel to clean it is a reset that makes it run but it kept stopping after reaching temp because of a bad relay in the control board that was not detected by this company.
Fast and friendly. Thank you for getting my thermostat taken care of!
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike found the problem and fixed it with also double checking everything was working properly. Great service! Five star!

I completed a diagnostic and found the outdoor unit very dirty and the coil restricted. I used my water hose to clean the unit. I found the unit has a leak in the system. Advised customer of the issues with the AC.
I completed a diagnostic and found a less than ideal evap drain line. Water is coming from non insulated piece of suction line and duct work is sweating horribly. I pulled a filter that had been in for at least a year. I found condenser restricted wiring debris, I cleaned with a water hose. I insulated the suction line. System is cooling well upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic and turned the AC on and the breaker trips. I found the compressor is bad. I added a hard start kit which is designed to bring the compressor on when it needs a kick. Compressor is now operating and cooling home.
