Installed new humidification system into forced hot air furnace in basement.
Power venter motor failure. Replacement model is an SWG-4 ck-61hj. Power venter installed and combustion test completed.
Cleared pressure tube on side wall venter. Reset system and watched system come up to temp.
Performed precision tuneup on Weil McLain boiler. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle & strainer. Cleaned and aligned electrodes. Tightened electrical. Performed combustion analysis. (See photo for results) blew through pressure tube for sidewall venter. Tested both zones of heat. Watched boiler cycle on limit switch.
