Really helped out in a clutch situation

Matt was great, came after hours, arrived in a half an hour or less, which, considering he was a few towns away, was really quick. He was very thorough, fixed the problem and a few other things to ensure the AC system ran smoothly, and I even joined the club! Matt was very nice and quite professional.

Great service!

Matt was super responsive, very knowledgeable and was communicative throughout the experience. I called him today, and he was able to help me today. His office was responsive with updates on his progress on other jobs and when he would be available. They called and notified on both a scheduled appt and what turned into an emergency appointment. My Old AC stopped running he fixed it and told me that it may be time to replace (definitely not new news for us) I personally had tons of questions and he was very patient. He was respectful of our home and covered his shoes while coming in. He tackled our situation in 2 parts, 1. Short term plan and 2. What we can do long term. We have a really old unit so the long term plan was super helpful. Overall, he was awesome!

American standard air conditioning system was not cooling second floor of home. Checked system. Found thermostats calling for cooling. Zone dampers in basement working. Outdoor system running. Space load was too high for system operation time frame. Needed to run system longer. Added 2 pounds of R410-A to system. Unit running well now.

Checked system operation. Customer noted problem with cooling temperature on warmer days. System would take a lot longer than anticipated to cool home. Reviewed Ecobee settings. Found it not setup for 2 stage operation. So cooling capacity was limited to first stage. Made corrections to compressor staging. Now system running properly. Checked refrigerant pressures. System running great!

Replaced plug on indoor board for second floor Mitsubishi ductless system in Cambridge. Previous wet switch molex plug failed. Replaced plug and wired back into safety device. Tested operation of system. Set thermostat to 72 degrees.

Completed installation of Bryant Dehumidification system in Wellesley MA. Installed new unit, ran new duct work to both finished and unfinished portion of basement. Piped drain to condensate pump. Tested system. Set to 50% relative humidity.

Second Floor York air conditioner not working in Derry NH. Checked indoor unit. Running well. Checked outdoor system. Found broken power wire going to capacitor. Heavy corrosion on the capacitor and burnt wire. Repaired wire. (Second Repair in last year for broken wire) Replaced corroded capacitor as well while on site. System refrigerant pressures good. System running well now.

Second floor system not cooling in Newbury. Checked indoor thermostat. Set to cool. Indoor fan started. Checked indoor unit and system was running well. Indoor blower clean. Filter recently replaced. Checked outdoor system no operation. Checked electrical, found bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor. Started system. Compressor and condenser fan amperage within normal range. Refrigerant pressures good. 81/236. 16 degrees super heat. Outdoor coil is dirty and needs good cleaning.

Completed replacement of Bryant air conditioning system in Waltham. Replaced R22 outdoor unit with new R410A outdoor unit. Installed new expansion valve on the indoor unit. Pressure tested to 500 pounds. Evacuated to 500 microns. Started unit. Added 2 pounds of gas. System running well now and cooling home effectively.
