We've had multiple technicians to our house over the past few years. Matthew Girouard was the first and only able to final fix our boiler. He is also a great communicator and always arrives on time.

Did not confirm they were coming but they were good at what they did.
You know that "good feeling" you get when you just know you went with the right contractor? Well, that's them. Everyone I spoke to seemed sharp and "dialed-in." When they arrived, sure enough the technician was punctual courteous, and explained everything to me when the job was done. Will use this company again!
I had a few issues with my heating unit. Every time I called and had someone come out to service my unit, from the receptionist to the technicians, all where extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I had a few technicians and all where very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend NGA

Replaced the flame sensor and igniter on system. Checked voltages to both. Right in balance with system specifications. Cycled unit from the thermostat. Unit running smoothly.
Installed new supply run out into bedroom.
technician arrived to find water leaking around the draft inducer section. Diagnosed that screws on draft inducer on bottom were all extremely loose causing water to leak through the unit rapidly. Technician tighten the screws and the leaking stopped. Also cleaned up rusted areas to prevent further corrosion.
Arrived to find blower did not shut off when they call for heat had satisfied. Thermostat fan was set too off. Diagnosed that the Y terminal for air-conditioning had landed on the common terminal on the thermostat powering the unit and air-conditioning and activating the blower. Tech re-landed the Y wire to the Y terminal and tested functionality and heat and the blower turns on and off normally. technician also mounted thermostat to newly painted wall.
System return is under sized. Causing furnace to pull air from within the space. Estimate includes cleaning the blower. Calibrating the burner. And adding a larger return drop and a 12â€ return to basement. Installed new electrodes as the other were very worn.
Diagnosed low refrigerant charge on Bosch heat pump unit. Performed nitrogen pressure test on unit and was able to discover small leak at suction inlet of condenser. The leak was addressed and tech vacuumed the unit down to 434 Âµm. Tech recharged the unit with 7.75 pounds of 410 a. Pressures were checked running in air-conditioning and heating. System is now back up to standard factory charge.
Installed six head Mitsubishi hyper heat with two branch boxes and 1 outdoor unit. Demoed old steam oil fired boiler.
Installed (2) new 8â€ take offs with dampers feeding master bedroom area. Installed takeoffs, sealed to the duct work and secured flexible duct with proper straps to ensure no air leakage from supply runs. Balanced the air flow to reduce air velocity coming out over the bed in master bedroom. Basement filter should be changed to 16x25x4
Installed new humidifier to attic unit. Fixed to run out locations in the living room and added three supplies to the basement.
Carrier oil furnace was causing odors within home. Noted an issue with the furnace lacking return air. The filter was being pulled into system. Blower motor was also dirty. The combustion was running a little too low on oxygen. Calibrated the combustion and presented options for adding return air. Will return to complete repairs.
Diagnosed faulty pressure switch. Located factory part and installed new switch assembly. Cycled heat on and off multiple times to ensure system functionality.
Diagnose failed solenoid valve on humidifier. Replaced failed solenoid valve and tested system functionality. Humidity increased by 5% by the end of the visit.
Installed new boiler and hot water tank into customers home.
Installed Rinnai tankless water heater.
Completed flushing and cleaning of boiler heat exchanger on Lochinvar boiler. Removed cover and washed interior exchanger. Flushed until water was clear coming out of trap. Cleaned flame sensor and ignitor. Replaced neutralizer with new condensate pump neutralizer. Put system back together and flushed the water side of boiler. Cleaned dirt collector. Performed combustion analysis. System is running very smooth.
