I met Matt Girouard tw9 years ago for maintenance. His professionalism brought us back. This year we worked with Jeff Chamberlain on the repair of our 8 yr old Viesmann gas furnace. This was a serious expensive repair and Jeff made it much easier to deal with. He was polite and courteous and explained in great detail what was going on. He initiated co;tact with a Viesmann rep to get the best possible information and diagnosed the problem. We had no AC so you can imagine multiple days of service in July is not fun. He never complained and stayed focused on the job. I’m glad to now be a part of the NextGen family and am great full they have our back! Thanks Jeff

On-demand Hot water stopped functioning @ 7pm on Sunday night. Reached out to Matt via Facebook around the same time . He was at my house by 8pm that night . He came with foot booties, gloves and a face mask for everyone’s protection (COVID-19). He was able to get the heater functioning till parts came in that Tuesday. Parts came in they installed and I’m happy to report the hot water heater is working flawlessly. Nextgen takes care of all my Hot water, furnace and split AC system maint and repairs . I’ve been using them for several years and have had nothing but great experiences. Keep up the great work!
