Found system severely under pressurized. Needed to add 4 pounds of 410 a refrigerant to bring it back to factory standards. If refrigerant leaks out by next season or the season a leak search and repair will be needed in order to get the unit up and running again. Technician also noted that filter was really dirty and there were no spares. These 1 inch filters need to be replaced every 21 to 30 days. Finally, the technician noted that there was a ton of overgrown shrubbery around all three outdoor units severely impeding their functionality and airflow. Recommend clearing out all shrubbery.
