System return is under sized. Causing furnace to pull air from within the space. Estimate includes cleaning the blower. Calibrating the burner. And adding a larger return drop and a 12†return to basement. Installed new electrodes as the other were very worn.
Carrier oil furnace was causing odors within home. Noted an issue with the furnace lacking return air. The filter was being pulled into system. Blower motor was also dirty. The combustion was running a little too low on oxygen. Calibrated the combustion and presented options for adding return air. Will return to complete repairs.
