Technician inspected indoor unit with the blower fan coming on on a call for air-conditioning like it should. Technician inspected outdoor unit and noticed that blower motor was running in a reverse direction and was unable to reset the motor into the proper direction. This will cause a great deal of efficiency issues and at some point will fail. Technician also performed a refrigeration check on the unit and ascertained that it was missing approximately 2lbs of R22.No refrigeration was added to system. Technician will email estimate for repairs to customer.

Customer noted water at indoor furnace and wet filter. Checked system and found a crack in the main plate that separates the heat exchanger from the unit. Condensate leaks through this crack and down assembly to the filter. During operation, the gas valve coil is noisy which may cause failure to valve. Completed replacement of heat exchanger on furnace. During removal found 2 additional cracks in Trane furnace that was causing some poor flame patterns. Completed replacement of gas valve that was operating noisy. Checked gas line with bubble soap. Tested gas pressures. Operated system from customers thermostat.
