This is the first time I used NGA. Matt was friendly and very thorough. He worked very neat bringing his own towels! What impressed me the most is his patience. This is my first home with oil heat so I was unsure how it worked. He answered every question with ease! There were some issues with my equipment and he prioritize what should be done.
